Desde Valladolor, este fanzine reune obras de siete artistas urbanos: tanto graffiti, como ilustración o diseño. A partir de los fanzines impreso, cuya primera y última edición fue de cien ejemplares gratuitos, se pasa a formato electrónico, desde el web site cerebrosliquidos.com, permitiéndoles ampliar el espectro de posibilidades que la versión impresa impedía: su presentación a todo color y su ilimitada edición y distribución.
